Complaints procedure
Turnstone Law is committed to the highest standards in its service to clients and in all its business dealings. If at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided and you would like to make a complaint, then please contact Simon Joyston-Bechal or your contact lawyer, who will be happy to discuss the matter with you. If you are still dissatisfied, you may invoke the firm’s complaints handling procedure. Complaints should be sent to [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond to your message within 48 hours or as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the handling of your complaint.
Turnstone Law is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA). Complaints may also be made to the SRA at https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/.
You may also be entitled to ask the legal Ombudsman of England and Wales to consider the complaint. You must usually refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of our final written response to your complaint and within 6 years of the act or omission about which you are complaining (or within 3 years of you becoming aware of it).
